We work both internally with R&D and externally as consultantnts. As we do not currently offer products or services aimed at a mass market, we do not use the web as a market channel. For the kind of work that we do, we rely on word of mouth and our reputation for marketing, and this works well. Also we are not hiring at the moment, nor are we likley to announce any jobs on the web. Some claim that the current situation in our field with big companies with big resources competing against small companies having only speed as an advantage is unfair. We agree.
